What did we do?
1) We formed our own groups
2) We discussed on which topic to do.
3) We were told to brainstorm on our topics and put in into mind maps
4) The mind maps would then be uploaded either to the Home or Cover page.

2nd meeting: 11th July 2013

1.45pm to 1.50pm: Discussed on what topics to do.
1.51pm to 2.05pm: Eliminating the problems and choosing one to do.
2.06pm to 2.15pm: Writing the three chosen problems in absolute detail
2.16pm to 2.25pm: Discussing which is the best out of the three and why.
2.26pm to 2.29pm: Posting the ideas on the blog

4th meeting: 18th July 2013

What did we do?
1) Created more tabs (in detail)
2) Went through the IRS Rubrics (Multi-media presentation etc)
3) Talked about the 4-minute video on your research topic.
4) Presented one of the topics to Ms Kaur for her to vet.
5) Approval or disapproval and comments by Ms Kaur.
6) Writing down the title and comments Ms Kaur has given us on the blog (since the information is fresh in our minds)
7) Deadlines for the assessments:
-Multi-media Presentation (Week 4, 4 minutes), post it on the blog under Annex C and present it to the class.
-Research Justification (Week 5), post it on the blog under Annex B.

5th meeting: 22nd July 2013
Venue: Level 3 (Outside the I&E room)
Time: 2.45pm to 3.15pm

Meeting minutes:
2.45pm to 2.55pm: Discussing on how the video should be made (the roles we have to play, the script etc)

3.13pm to 3.14pm: Telling the rest when the next meeting will be and where it would be held.

6th meeting: 23rd July 2013

*Chong Yong Liang did not come due to the fact that he was on the train, in a rush to do his Integrated Humanities Performance Task.

Meeting minutes:
2pm to 2.10pm: Planning on what to do, what to say etc.
2.10pm to 2.50pm: Filming the scenes on the Macbook, Quicktime player.
We had some bad footage but we deleted it. We managed to complete the video.
2.50pm to 3pm: Discussing on who does the editing, subtitles etc.
*We consulted Yong Liang on whether to do this or not.

7th meeting: 25th July 2013

1) We watched the persuasive videos of other groups
2) We were given opinions on how to improve on our topics and the areas that we can add in to make it more detailed.

8th meeting: 29 July 2013

2pm to 2.10pm: Discussed on the meaning of Research Justification and how we might put our information into it.
2.11pm to 2.31pm: Going through the sample Research Justification.
2.31pm to 2.50pm: Doing the Research Justification
2.51pm to 3pm: Discussing on how might we improve it.
3pm to 3.25pm: What problems might we encounter when doing the topic?
3.25pm to 3pm: Wrap-up, posting it on the blog.

9th meeting: 1st August 2013

1) We confirmed our topics
2) We submitted our Research Justification
3) We reviewed the blogs and made some amendments to it. (adding in our personalities, pictures and putting the documents into the correct place)
4) Come up with interview questions.

10th meeting: 5 August 2013

Time: 2.38pm to 3pm

Minutes of the meeting:
2.38pm to 2.40pm: Rushed to look "nice", asked friends to help us take photographs in order for people to see us on the blog and to know our roles and who we are.
2.41pm to 2.43pm: Took pictures of ourselves, kept saying that we want to see it.
2.43pm to 3pm: Updating the blog, personalities and the pictures, stating our roles.

11th meeting: 15 August 2013
Venue: S1-09 Classroom
Time: During IRS Lesson
What did we do?
1) Ms Kaur reviewed the blogs and told us which parts we lacked of
2) We finalised the interview questions with her and were given permission to pass out the survey forms.
3) We thought of who to give out the forms too (limit of 20 people).
4) We were told that we need to tabulate the data and see whether we had gotten the results that we wanted.

12th meeting: 16 August 2013

7am to 7.05am: Giving out 5 survey forms to each member of the group
7.06am to 7.10am: Briefing on what to do, who to ask etc.
7.11am to 7.13am: Discussion on whether asking this person would be correct etc, thinking of what results would be essential and would aid us in the research
7.14am to 7.15am: End of meeting

13th meeting: 22 August 2013

What did we do?
1) Ms Kaur reviewed some of the blogs and told us the necessary things needed.
2) She told us downloading the 'IRS Final Report' from the SST Main site so that we would know the rubrics and know what we are evaluated on.
3) She told us about filling in the 'Results' tab (survey results) and making a pie chart, bar graph or line graph to represent the results we have collected into categories.
4) We are told to update the meetings tab and keep everything in order.

14th meeting: 26 August 2013

Minutes of the meeting:
2.30pm to 2.40pm: Discussing the survey results we have tabulated digitally and how we might find relationships in conjunction towards our topic of stopping the disadvantages of social media.
2.41pm to 2.45pm: Highlighting the questions that each member in the team has to do, to create a pie chart, bar graph or line graph to sum up the points for each question.
2.45pm to 2.50pm: Discussing how our survey findings might help us.
2.51pm to 2.59pm: Adding the required things to the introduction, the Literature Review, which is under the 'Introduction' tab. (the description of the article etc)
2.59pm to 3pm: End of meeting

15th meeting: 29 August 2013

What did we do?
1) We presented the pie charts and information to Ms Kaur and sought her approval on going on with the research of our topic.
2) We were told to start on our conclusion and recommendations.
3) We are advised to do the recommendations carefully as it is the key thing to our project. The recommendations will help us find solutions in order to solve the problem.
4) Ms Kaur gave examples on how to do up the recommendations tab.
5) We were reminded that the deadline for the blog would be next week, by Wednesday.

16th meeting: 19 September 2013

What did we do?
1) Ms Kaur showed us the blog and what we had to have.
2) She told us to finish up the entire blog by this Sunday, 5pm.
3) She told us more about the individual reflection and peer appraisal.
4) She told us to take it seriously as it would be graded and it will affect our team-mates' grade.
5) We were reminded that the final deadline for the blog would be this Sunday, 22 September 2013, 5pm.
6) The individual reflection and peer appraisal would be due next Tuesday.
7) We discussed on how to further improve our blog.
8) We took pictures of us doing work.
9) We quickly removed the unnecessary tabs and transferred the information to the respective tabs.

17th meeting: 20 September 2013

Time: 3.45pm to 4.15pm

3.45pm to 3.50pm: We gathered at the Infohub and discussed on the blog.
3.51pm to 4pm: We input the respective information to the blog and checked it thoroughly.
4.01pm to 4.10pm: Some of us checked different tabs of the blog and tried to improve it.
4.11pm to 4.14pm: We finalised our blog, adding the information that we lacked. We also moved some of the things to other tabs.
4.15pm: End of meeting
